A note about shipping and production: Orders are produced in the order in which they are received. Occasionally there are delays in shipping due to our work travel schedule. We may be out of the office for two weeks or more. If you happen to order a product while we are travelling we will notify you and provide an estimated shipping date.

- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR REPLACEMENTS.
- We do not warranty or guarantee any product as fit for use or for a particular purpose. Pantyhose may have runners, imperfections, etc.
- Regarding custom photos and videos: Digital products (photos and videos) are downloadable from the website after production is completed and buyer notified. Buyer will be allowed to download the purchased product a maximum of 3 times. DDAF reserves all rights including copyright to items produced as “custom” products. DDAF does not authorize the purchaser to redistribute, share, or make available to any third party by any means known now or created in the future the work product purchased. The buyer is not commissioning a work product. The buyer is reserving the right to non-exclusive, first access to the work product. The buyer releases all rights to the ideas, suggestions, stories, scripts, and other intellectual property shared and submitted to DDAF to during the creation of the work product to DDAF without compensation of any kind. We may at our sole discretion redistribute the product for profit to any person(s) via any platform, media, or method both known and unknown.
- Returns and exchanges are not authorized for any reason.
- Buyer is responsible to insure all taxes are paid and that they have the legal right to purchase and possess any product ordered from this site.
- Buyer agrees to hold blameless and defend seller in the event that the buyer violates any law or regulation by purchasing any product, by the use of any product, or by any other unforeseen circumstance that would make the product be in violation of any law or regulation.
- Buyer acknowledges that they must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any item or view any product on this site.
- Buyer acknowledges that they are aware that the products are novelty/collectable items, will be of an adult nature, and will not provide the purchased product(s) or allow access to the purchased product(s) to any person who is not 18 years of age or older.
