We try to make sure that everything on this site runs smoothly and is easy to use. However, there are times when things may go wrong. Maybe you forgot your password. Sometimes a video doesn’t play. Every now and then you may find yourself blocked from the members area because of our security software. Maybe you just want to talk to us about support pantyhose! Whatever the problem, we will do our best to help you out.

Membership Cancellation

We are sorry to see you go but we understand that sometimes things come up and you need to cancel your memberships for various reasons. Money problems, life changes, and other things can all factor in to the decision to cancel.

However if you are cancelling because you are not satisfied with the content of the members area, cannot login, or can’t find the model or set that you wanted to see, please take a moment and contact us. We will try to resolve any issue you have. We appreciate our members and want you to be satisfied.

Login Problems? Please verify that none of the following apply to you.

• Is your membership still active? If you signed up for a single billing subscription your account may have already expired. If you signed up for a recurring subscription , verify that your account is still billing correctly. Maybe your credit card has expired and needs to be updated.
  
  
• Is your username and/or password correct? Passwords are case sensitive. If you need to verify, recover, or change your username and/or password go to the billing company support page that corresponds to your sign up method using the link below.
  
  
• Has your account be suspended for abuse? Sometimes hackers guess your username and password. Sometimes you may have accidentally shared your username and password by logging in from a computer that wasn’t secure. Our security suite tracks various login data and automatically suspends account suspected of abuse. Normally these suspensions automatically expire and no action is required. However, if the account is continually abused the account may be permanently band. If after a few hours your account is still suspended contact us using the Contact Us form  below and we will see if there is anything we can do for you.
